Gustave A. Larson Company Acquires Superior Distribution.
 

Gustave A. Larson Company, announced the acquisition of the Superior Distribution Company and merger of the two organizations serving the Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio markets.

Superior Distribution Company has proudly served their customers for over 15 years in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Five branches along with the majority of the sales and customer-facing team will be added to the Gustave A. Larson East Central Region which now includes 9 locations.

Along with the acquisition, the Larson Company has partnered with Rheem Air Conditioning to sell their HVAC products in Indiana and Western Kentucky and Northern and Central Ohio. Indiana and Kentucky will distribute the RHEEM brand of equipment and parts while Ohio will be RUUD
