New Federal Tags
Because of this new rating going into place, your yellow energy label tags on the units will be adjusted as well. They will now have to show that you're unit has a range of SEER ratings and ratios. Your split system unit will possibly need to be updated to show that it meets these requirements.

Thermo Equipment Pad
In the past your outdoor units sat on a concrete block that would most likely crack before the life of the unit was finished. This new thermo equipment pad helps to keep the unit stable without cracking the concrete sitting underneath it. It is available in a couple different thicknesses and is very easy to install.

Going Green
The next big thing in HVAC or any area of energy is going completely green. Consumers want to reduce their footprint and energy usage in their homes and businesses. To do this they need to have the most efficient HVAC system. Manufactures are working on getting these products out and ready to not only meet the new standards but the consumers request for a more green HVAC system.

Building Automation Systems
Lighting in a building is not the only thing getting automated this year. As businesses move towards a more efficient operation, some are adding their HVAC use to the BASs systems in their buildings. This helps to keep the energy usage lower than before and helps to regulate the building for a more comfortable location.

Noise Reduction
When you turn the heat or air on you want it to be seamless and quiet. That's one of the things you'll find in the newer units of 2015. These have been designed to silently push the heated or cooled air throughout your home or business. You do not have to listen to the noisy units just enjoy the comfortable atmosphere of your location.

Thermostat Technology
Programmable thermostats have come a long way and are still improving each year. They allow you to set and forget your home or office comfort levels. It will regulate the temperatures and allow you to relax and save on your heating or cooling bills.

Whether you're an HVAC installer or you are the consumer, the new 2015 Trending technology in HVAC system offers a way to keep your home or office comfortable like never before. New Energy Ratings help you save money on your monthly power bills as the HVAC is a huge part of the energy costs.

Enjoy one of the Expos scheduled to see more products that not only keep you comfortable but will help you reduce your energy footprint in the process. Staying on top of these energy ratings and new products will keep you happy and comfortable no matter what your weather may be like outside.
